Venue Options is a highly successful booking agent, specialising in accommodation, meetings, conference, events and rail reservations for corporate clients.

We are now looking for an administrator to join our established admin team, supporting all business departments and functions.

The Role

  • Managing incoming emails
  • Processing booking confirmations
  • Coding received invoices
  • Chasing, matching and processing supplier invoices
  • Compiling, checking and sending out client invoices
  • Signing off charges on the company credit card
  • Working on bespoke systems, Excel and Sage 200

Ideally you will possess:

  • Strong administration background
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Quick to learn attitude

To succeed in this role, youll need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and possess a desire and ability to work to targets and deadlines.
