Central Training is a dynamic training company, delivering nationwide bespoke Training, Consultancy and eLearning solutions to organisations within the public, private and not for profit sectors. The vast majority of the company’s training and associated services are targeted at organisations, managers and support staff, working within the Health, Housing and Social Care Sectors
Central Training works with its Associate Trainers on a ‘Business to Business’ basis. Quality processes, administration, credit control and operational technologies are all provided and managed by Central Training.
Associate Trainers
We have a continuous demand for industry specialist Associate Trainers with previous experience delivering dynamic, interactive and engaging training courses across a range of health and social care courses, including:
Professional Development courses including Safeguarding, Housing Management and Tenancy Sustainment
Key Associate Trainer Responsibilities
- Design Training Profiles for marketing purposes
- Meet with Central Training and its clients to tailor training materials
- Prepare comprehensive materials for delegates prior to the course delivery
- Deliver dynamic, interactive and engaging training courses both virtually and face to face
- Proactively work within agreed timescales with Central Training's in-house staff
- Constantly tailor, modify and adapt courses to ensure the content is contemporary and meets clients' requirements
- Embody Central Training's values, quality standards and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions
- Commit to Central Training’s continuous improvement culture by ensuring materials and content are contemporary in terms of legislation and best practice
Personal Profile:
- Extensive experience of delivering courses to fee paying delegates in the UK
- Working knowledge of the health & social care sector & associated legislation and best practice
- Confident delivery and facilitation of virtual and face to face training
