As the Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and guest experience, ensuring the high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and optimising revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Front Office teams whist support housekeeping and reservations team on a daily basis
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and room presentation
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost control for the Rooms Division
• Implement and monitor policies to enhance guest satisfaction
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to maximize room revenue
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve excellence
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and brand standards
• Deputise in the absence of the GM.
