The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll play a crucial role in our clients Engineering recruitment division, focusing on the UK/Europe market. Your mission: drive consistent sales growth and elevate margins in line with budget targets. You will receive excellent support with a tailored training program to help you reach your career aspirations.

Your key responsibilities:
- Prospecting and securing new business.
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
