This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our clients team by attracting and retaining top-tier talent. Role Overview:
As a People Manager, you will work closely with senior management and Heads of Department, providing support in all aspects of people management across the resort. From recruitment to retention, youll help develop strategies to nurture talent and ensure a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to oversee staff management and retention
  • Lead the recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development processes
  • Implement strategies to retain top talent and drive employee satisfaction
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit management
  • Serve as the go-to point for all people-related queries, liaising with senior leaders
  • Ensure clear communication of company policies and updates to employees
  • Oversee employee payroll, benefits, bonuses, and performance reviews
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information for audits
  • Use metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
