About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team in Launceston. This position would be ideal for a strong CDP looking to take their first step into a Sous Chef role.

Working Hours:

  • 45 hours per week
  • Daytime hours (9am – 6pm)
  • No evening service
