In this Lead Practitioner - English role, you will work closely with the school’s leadership team to drive up teaching standards and enhance student outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all students receive the highest quality education.
We are a forward thinking, innovative school who support our teachers and their wellbeing. Therefore, we have already put in place the following promises:
- Additional PPA (four per week)
- No formal or grade lesson observations – we trust our teachers!
- No written entry data reports
- Only two formal assessments a year which require data entry
- Whole class feedback – limited or no written marking
- No covering other classes
- No lunchtime or break duties
