We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to be the face of the brand —getting out there, drumming up new business, and making sure customers know exactly why they need to be working with us. There’ll be a bit of account management, but let’s be honest—the main gig here is hunting out new opportunities and bringing in fresh business .
What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Day-to-Day):
✅ Developing and securing new business within the food industry
✅ Building long-term relationships with customers and industry contacts
✅ Managing a small portfolio of existing accounts while focusing on new client acquisition
✅ Attending events and networking to promote the business and identify opportunities
✅ Keeping accurate records of interactions and sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
⭐ Food industry sales experience – whether it’s finished products or ingredients
⭐ A natural people person – charismatic, well-presented, and engaging
⭐ Target-driven, self-motivated, and up for a challenge
⭐ Top-notch communication skills – you can charm, persuade, and close a deal with ease
⭐ Someone who enjoys working in a family-run SME and collaborating
⭐ Happy to be based in London , with travel across the UK
⭐ A full UK driving licence
