The Role

As a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer, you will:

✅ Handle a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, contract negotiations, corporate restructuring, and business transactions.

✅ Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

✅ Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and legal documents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

🔹 Qualified solicitor status (England & Wales) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.

🔹 Strong expertise in contract law, business transactions, and corporate restructuring.

🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow within the firm.

🔹 Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a commercial approach to problem-solving.

🔹 The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
