With over 400+ staff globally, the business launched in the UK a couple of years ago and now have 10 Employees, with plans to double this over the coming year.
Due to their global presence, they have an enviable client base and have been able to grow these relationships in-country, as well as proactively establishing new relationships predominantly within the renewables sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This will be the first dedicated Grid Connection appointment for the business, so we are looking for an ambitious candidate with aspirations for career development and potentially help to grow a team within the coming years. Clients are predominantly developers, operators, and investors within the PV, wind and battery storage projects across the UK and Europe and the consultancy offers a range of services to this targe market.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of design / commissioning of industrial electrical infrastructure.
- Experience handling grid connection applications (distribution and transmission level)
- Knowledge of Independent Connection Provider (ICP) scopes of supply.
- Undertaking of feasibility assessments, power system studies and design reviews
- Experience leading or taking part in a technical due diligence process
- Dealing effectively and professionally with external and internal clients, attending meetings etc.
- Experience supporting Clients with grid connection works, or 2 years’ experience acting on behalf of a DNO or National Grid
