Our client is a dynamic and reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. With a commitment to excellence, our client is seeking an experienced permanent Business Operations Manager based in Leeds.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm’s success by managing day-to-day operations, overseeing the business support unit, managing a team of up to 25 people, improving processes, maximising productivity, supporting strategic initiative, financial processes, and administrative functions. You will work closely with partners, COO, project managers, coordinators and fee-earners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the firm’s financial management, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Coordinate facilities and health and safety management to maintain a smooth working environment.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to support firm growth.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise costs.
- Guide team members with varying experience levels.
