A Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful property set in a picturesque town in Greater Manchester.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
This excellent restaurant is renowned in the area for their beautiful modern British dishes on offer, with all their exceptional produce sourced locally. For this role you must have experience of working within a high end restaurant kitchen.
You must have at least 1 years Commis, Demi or Chef de Partie experience in a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience, your application unfortunately can't be considered for this role.
A strong Commis Chef could be considered however you must have at least 12 months experience of working with fresh food and to be able to run your own section of the kitchen. Without this experience unfortunately we are unable to consider you for the role.

As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie you will:

  • Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
  • Support senior members of the kitchen brigade
  • Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
  • Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, fresh food kitchen
