Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Indian dishes and specialities specific to the regional theme of the establishent and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: –
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Indian dishes & Specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
