At Algeco UK, we’re the market leader in modular buildings, providing flexible, high-quality space solutions to businesses and communities across the UK. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead multi-site operations, ensure compliance, and build high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficiency
• Implementing standardised operating procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
• Driving process optimisation and cost efficiencies to improve turnaround times
• Providing leadership, coaching, and professional development for teams across multiple locations
• Managing asset utilisation, budgets, and operational performance to maximise efficiency

What We Need From You:

• Proven multi-site operations management experience, ideally in a similar industry
• A strong leader with experience managing dispersed teams and fostering a high-performance culture
• Expertise in quality control, system compliance, and process optimisation
• Strong budget management and resource allocation experience across multiple locations
• A background in operational excellence methodologies, including Lean and Kaizen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
