We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and assist in delivering growth opportunities for our various production channels.

Knowledge of routes to market for beverage products, both branded and white label will be key to success in this role. Understanding of beverage production processes is preferred but not essential.

The role will involve working between management and operations to develop new business for our own product ranges and contract canning / bottling. We will expect fresh insight and ideas on how new business is approached and delivered.

We want someone who communicates well with colleagues and management. Practical learning and understanding of various beverage products in production will be an important element of development in this role.

Primary Duties:

Delivering new business opportunities from own brand, white label production and contract packaging channels.

Input into product development based on proposed new business.

Input into targeted marketing and promotional activity.

Maintaining existing key customer accounts and relationships.

Administration:

Working understanding of Sage invoicing and accounts administration

Comfort in using integrated software packages linking accounts to production.

General competent understanding of Microsoft office packages excel, word, etc.

Required:

Driving licence

Desirable:

Experience and / or enthusiasm in beverage production.

Practical understanding of beverage production and packaging processes.
