Academics are seeking a dedicated, passionate and committed PPA Teacher to join a thriving *-form entry Primary School we are working with in Redbridge, London. Starting in April 2025 we are looking for the perfect fit. Someone that is confident covering all age groups, covering a variety of subjects across different year groups whilst providing essential to the students.
Key Responsibilities of a Primary PPA Teacher:
- Provide cover for all year groups (EYFS to KS2) during planning, preparation, and assessment time, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a broad curriculum, fostering active participation and curiosity in students.
- Maintain a well-managed, respectful classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and a strong learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and consistency in teaching practices across year groups.
- Offer constructive feedback to students, monitoring their progress and providing guidance to support their academic development.
