About the Opportunity Our Pastry Team supports the production of a consistently high standard of patisserie, contributing to a fantastic customer experience. With exceptional attention to detail, the team is passionate about creating exciting and innovative new products to showcase to our customers.Our Pastry Sous Chefs are a vital part of the kitchen teams, training and mentoring the Line Chefs, ensuring the quality of food delivered is consistently high.
About you We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed

  • A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
  • A proven track record in working with Pastry is essential
  • Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
  • Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
