Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring BMS systems operate at peak performance
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance
• Conduct site surveys and propose remedial works and upgrades
• Support the commissioning of small projects and system integrations
• Work closely with FM teams and clients, providing technical guidance and expertise
