The Opportunity

Leading UK-based private credit fund is looking to take on an Investment Director to assist deploy their latest funding round.

The Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in originating debt financing opportunities, leveraging your own existing network and leading the deal process on other deals requiring support.
• Lead meetings with advisers, senior lenders and management teams to discuss new opportunities and product offerings and explore potential solutions.
• Support on in-life commercial requests or strategic decision-making
• As requires on-going portfolio management over the lifecycle to manage downside risk and ensure recoveries
• Explore exit options and realisation strategies, working closely with external advisors and restructuring specialists

The Requirements:

• Extensive experience in bringing in business
• Strong network across the industry
• Exceptional understanding of Private Credit products – particularly Junior Debt, Mezzanine Financing, Asset-Backed Lending, and Leveraged Finance
• Qualified Finance or background in M/A restructuring an advantage
