Framework Manager – Lead, Innovate, Deliver

You’ll have the support of technical experts and work closely with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the delivery of a diverse programme of work, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and budget expectations.
- Leading and supporting Project Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term success.
- Engaging with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Monitoring performance and financials, identifying risks early, and implementing solutions.
- Driving collaboration across teams, ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and execution.
- Championing health, safety, and environmental best practices, fostering a culture of accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in managing multiple projects at a programme level—whether you’re already in a similar role or ready to step up, we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
- A track record in sectors such as engineering, production, water, MEICA, or construction.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team, creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Commercial awareness, including budget management and an understanding of contracts (NEC knowledge is a plus but not essential).
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
