We are working with a prestigious international law firm that’s looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic London team. If you’re an organised, proactive, and people-focused recruitment professional with law firm experience, this could be your next step.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of the firm’s recruitment function, working closely with fee-earner, business services, and graduate hiring. You’ll play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, from liaising with agents and candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You’ll also support graduate recruitment, helping to attract and secure top trainee talent through Open Days, Vacation Schemes, and university events.
