What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Engage – Conduct outreach (cold calling, video messaging, and direct messaging) to book sales appointments.
- Book & Confirm – Ensure prospects are qualified and confirm their attendance for scheduled meetings.
- Pipeline Management – Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Optimize & Improve – Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize appointment show rates.
Compensation
- Base + Commission: £2,500 Base + Commission | OTE: £4,000 – £7,000/mo.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven SDR Experience – 1+ years in SDR/BDR experience, cold calling, outbound prospecting etc.
- Confident Communicator – Strong verbal and written skills to engage and convert prospects.
- Self-Motivated Closer – You take initiative, hit outreach goals, and thrive in a commission-based role.
- Resilient & Adaptable – Comfortable handling objections and refining your approach to improve results.
