Recruitment Assistant

Award-winning US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Assistant to join their acclaimed Recruitment Team on a permanent basis.

  • Salary to £32,000
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

The Recruitment Assistant will provide support to the Recruitment Team for all aspects of Attorney Recruitment and Business Services recruitment functions.

Recruitment Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in launching recruitment search and hiring approvals
  • Oversee administration of candidate application tracking
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up on interview feedback
  • Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks and work authorisations.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with external agencies

Recruitment Assistant Key Skills:

  • 6+ months HR/recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
