The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with clients ranging from OMBs through to household name multi-million international companies, in a variety of sectors.
An experienced litigator, you will have a strong track record of dealing with disputes, including shareholder disputes and breaches of contract. Experience within property litigation would be beneficial, but not essential. A team player who enjoys building rewarding relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be self-motivated and commercially aware. You will be keen to:
- broaden and hone your skills and experience;
- take on more responsibility;
- play a key part in the development of the Department.
You will be well-supported. Plenty of client-facing contact is also a given in this role where an ability to give practical, hands-on advice is important.
