  • Maintain and enhance our compliance framework, working closely with stakeholders to refine processes and procedures supporting our diverse services portfolio.
  • Represent Convergint during external audits, liaising with third-party auditors from PSA, NSI, and EQA to showcase our commitment to quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), addressing non-conformance issues and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations, particularly within the security and safety sectors, to ensure our services remain best-in-class.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in quality management with a strong understanding of ISO standards and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently under pressure.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK at least four times a year for site audits and to represent Convergint with NSI auditors.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
