What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing High-Value School Clients – Be the go-to contact for key decision-makers, ensuring their staffing needs are met with excellence
- Driving Growth – Upsell value-added services to enhance client experience and increase revenue
- Ensuring Daily Cover – Work closely with our recruitment team to guarantee seamless, last-minute staff placements
- Building Long-Term Relationships – Proactively engage with clients, secure retention, and foster long-term loyalty
- Providing Insights & Strategy – Analyse client engagement data to optimise service delivery and drive improvements
- Mentoring Junior AMs – Share your expertise, supporting junior team members in managing smaller accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales (preferably in education or recruitment)
- A proven track record of managing high-value accounts and successfully upselling services
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills – you know how to engage clients and identify opportunities
- Experience using CRMs and data analysis to inform strategy and improve client satisfaction
- A target-driven mindset – you’re motivated by success and exceeding performance goals
- Leadership potential – a willingness to mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across teams.
