Senior Account Manager (Creative)
The Role:
Join our Creative client services team as a Senior Account Manager. You\’ll be the vital link between clients and our agency, ensuring their needs are met with creativity and precision. Your role involves juggling multiple briefs, deadlines, and personalities, translating client goals into actionable plans for our creative team.

As a Senior Account Manager, you\’ll lead relationships with our flagship UK clients, delivering world-class creative across various mediums and platforms. Flexibility is key, with occasional national and international travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management, maintain and nurture client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact, along side well leading client forecasts and keep them updated in real-time.
- Project Coordination, consult with clients to understand their creative brief requirements and objectives, organizing and scheduling projects with the team. As well as collaborating with the wider team on new business pitches and presentations.
- Quality Assurance, ensure all projects meet company standards and client expectations, whilst inspiring and motivating team members to deliver quality campaigns that excite our clients.
- Internal collaboration with cross functional teams , assisting senior management with company-wide projects and initiatives.
- Financial Administration, handle financial tasks such as raising POs and keeping the Creative Finance Tracker up to date.
- Resource Planning, manage the creative team\’s resources to deliver projects efficiently, prioritising workload based on commercial return, client value, and significance to the business.
- Proactive Problem Solving, identify opportunities for improvement and address any issues promptly.
- Client Site Visits, travel to client sites as needed to conduct review meetings and strengthen relationships.
Skills & Experience:
- Creative Agency Experience, previous experience in a client services role working across various creative services in an agency setting.
- Client relationship management, capability to build long-term relationships and shape media and marketing strategies for global partners.
- Commercial Acumen, strong understanding of business and client management.
- Planning, organisation and attention to detail, excellent planning skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for New Business, a strong passion for planning, pitching, and winning new business
- Communication, outstanding communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Team Player, a warm, friendly personality with a willingness to go the extra mile.
