Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £47,611.20 (£22.89 per hour) to start with plus a night shift premium of £11,939.20 (£5.74 pr hour). Rising to £51,688 (£24.85 per hour) with a night shift premium of £12,916.80 (£6.21 per hour) after 6 months.
Shift Patterns: Night shift (22:00 – 06:30) – Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday (40 hours)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Servicing & maintaining HGVs to meet safety and performance standards
- Diagnosing & repairing electrical and mechanical faults
- Handling breakdowns & reactive maintenance , ensuring first-time fixes
- Following manufacturer guidelines to keep our fleet roadworthy and efficient
- Keeping accurate records of work completed
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- HGV experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably distribution/logistics)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Class 1 license is desirable (but we can support you in getting it!)
