My client is currently in need of a CNC Press Brake Operator due to ongoing expansion. Overview Are you looking for a friendly, relaxed working environment? Do you enjoy working on a variety of projects with new challenges each day? This role offers the opportunity to work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium in a well-equipped workshop with access to a laser cutter and CNC press brake, ensuring efficiency and precision. This is a permanent position within a growing, family-run subcontractor business that has been established for over 40 years. Key Responsibilities * Reading and working to technical manufacturing drawings with confidence * Operate CNC press brakes * Ensuring accuracy and quality in all work produced * Maintaining good timekeeping and punctuality * Taking pride in workmanship Skills & Experience Required * Essential: * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience in programming and operating CNC press brakes * Minimum of 3 years’ experience working to technical drawings * Desirable: * Previous experience working in a subcontractor environment Working Hours * Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm * Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm Additional Information * Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate (though rarely required) * Bonus: Based on company performance * Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour + Bonus Scheme Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Please respond with an up to date CV to be considered
