What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers, financial institutions, and business owners.
- Drive revenue by closing high-value deals and expanding Elect’s market presence.
- Generate new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Position Elect as a trusted lender for SMEs needing fast and flexible funding.
Loan Application & Deal Management
- Oversee the entire loan application process, ensuring seamless execution.
- Conduct due diligence, including company searches and credit checks.
- Work with internal teams to streamline approvals and funding processes.
Client & Broker Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for brokers and business clients.
- Clearly communicate loan decisions and negotiate competitive terms.
- Offer solutions and strategies that drive successful deal outcomes.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning
- Build and maintain relationships that expand Elect’s reach in the SME lending space.
- Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Work alongside technical teams to enhance automation and efficiency in sales processes.
What You Need to Succeed
Essential
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships – ideally in financial services, fintech, lending, or a high-value B2B environment.
- A natural ability to sell, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
- Confidence, charisma, and resilience – you know how to build rapport and close deals.
