Site Manager - Central Belt

Our well-established Construction client requires an experienced Site Manager to join the business as they go through a period of considerable growth.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects ideally across Fife, Dundee and the Central belt (depending on your location).

Key skills and experience will include:

1. Previous Site Management experience of shop fitting/construction sites.
2. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
3. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
4. Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating site logistics.
5. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

Your package will include a competitive salary of £45-55k (DOE), company car or allowance, and an excellent benefits package as well as the opportunity for career progression. The hours will be 8-4pm but flexible for different projects and an early finish on a Friday (normally a 40-hour week).
