Summary: HR Advisor Brand new role due to internal promotion Brand new role working within a supportive Head of HR who will develop and mentor the successful candidate to support their development. This position would suit someone who is looking for the next step up into a role which will offer more exposure to a varied HR role working in a business with multiple sites across the globe. A proven ability to listen, learn and contribute to the overall HR team is essential to the role. The role will be varied covering all HR, advising and guiding managers, supporting with policy implementing, working with line managers on best practice, building relationships internal and with external suppliers and supporting on health and safety co-ordination. You will also be involved in recruitment and selection and working daily with line managers to support head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in long standing organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a HR department with good solid organisation and administrative skills, some exposure to employee relations and the confidence to communicator and build effective relationships. CIPD level 3 or above is ideal and a keen and willing approach to learn.
