Base pay range

We are looking for a Chat Host to join our team in Nottingham, with travel to Derby as needed. The role involves chatting, entertaining, and engaging with customers at Buzz Bingo.

This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week, with an annual salary of £12,976.43. The schedule includes 5-hour shifts over 4 days, including weekends.

You should have a vibrant personality, enjoy conversations beyond bingo, and possess good general knowledge and awareness of current events.

As a Chat Host, your energetic and enthusiastic approach will help create a lively atmosphere. Building rapport with customers, maintaining a positive attitude, and thinking on your feet are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Live Bingo Operations Team
  • Create a fun and memorable experience through live chat for online and in-club customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Maintain quality standards in chat hosting, aligned with the live bingo experience
  • Engage with customers, promote promotions, and manage social media interactions
  • Organize games, quizzes, and activities to boost engagement
  • Manage chat etiquette and bans effectively
  • Personalize interactions to enhance customer experience
  • Meet KPIs and targets
  • Identify and handle responsible gambling triggers
  • Monitor live bingo features and award bonuses
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Awareness of bingo and online gaming
  • Excellent communication and typing skills
  • Customer service experience in a face-to-face role
  • Computer literacy and internet savvy
