Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Maintenance Technician) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative (Maintenance Technician) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs across various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating. Key Responsibilities: – Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades – Conduct inspections and identify potential issues – Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in functional and safe conditions – Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes – Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations – Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Requirements: – At least 5 years of experience as a multi-trade operative in a property maintenance environment – Full driving license – Ability to start on April 1, 2025 – Previous experience working for a local authority is desirable Working Hours: – 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 17:15 Contract Details: – Temporary contract – Start date: April 1, 2025 – End date: June 24, 2025 Salary: – Competitive hourly rate If you're a skilled multi-trade operative with experience in property maintenance, we encourage you to apply
