Job Description We are looking for a Sales Executive focused on driving revenue through renewals and new business sales. This role centers around selling cutting-edge engineering and construction insights, bolstered by market-leading workflow technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be supporting organizations in the UK across Commercial, Public, and Education sectors, aiding them in meeting their Engineering, Design, Quality, Legal, and Quality Compliance obligations. By providing innovative solutions, you’ll help clients save valuable resources such as time, space, and money while effectively mitigating organizational risks. Based at our modern Bracknell headquarters with the option of part and part working from home. Job Duties: Evaluate how the company solutions align with clients’ goals and corporate strategies. Identify new prospects or extension opportunity within the market. Develop customer-specific recommendations and present a compelling value proposition to closure. Manage a portfolio of key Construction accounts, four point touch plan to identify upsell and retention opportunities. Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
