The Role:

As a Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Using your German language skills , you will build relationships, qualify leads, and help generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

βœ” Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual channels to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

βœ” Market Research – Identify key decision-makers and potential sales opportunities within target accounts.

βœ” Marketing Engagement – Follow up on marketing-generated leads, ensuring a continuous flow of sales opportunities.

βœ” CRM & Data Management – Track and manage prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting of activities.

βœ” Collaboration – Work closely with sales teams across Europe to optimize lead conversion and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

βœ” Fluent German speaker (written & spoken) – Essential for engaging with DACH-region clients. A language test will be conducted for non-native German speakers.

βœ” Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

βœ” 0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (graduates welcome!).
