Description
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations as required.
- Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external clients.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within the charity sector.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.
