We are a dedicated housing association committed to maintaining and improving our housing stock. We are looking for a proactive and organised Repairs Scheduler to join our team and help manage both planned and responsive repairs.Key responsibilities :
- Scheduling and coordinating repairs to our housing stock.
- Manage and prioritise repair requests to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repair activities. Monitor and report on the progress of repairs.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in a similar role within a housing association or property management is preferred.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
