Launceston Close Surgery in Winsford is looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician for 30 – 34 hours per week to join our friendly practice team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in general practice and hold a nationally recognised qualification such as the Level 3 Diploma in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technician. The candidate must also be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have achieved or be working towards the Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP)., To assist the Pharmacist with the co-ordination of patient care activities to include docman, medication queries, co-ordinating various clinics and appointments to aid patient care and achieve targets set by the various organisations. To ensure continuity and care for all patients taking medication and to form good working relationships with community pharmacies, hospital pharmacies and other healthcare providers. To support the Practice Manager and Pharmacist with regards to targets for QOF, IIF, PCN DES, Prescribing Incentive Scheme and other targets set by various organisations. This is a developing role and further support, and training will be provided as and when necessary.

£21,118 to £23,465 a year pro rata based on 30 hours per week
