Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead on all rents and service charges for the organisation.
Duties will include;

Lead the rent and service charge function while managing the preparation of the groups rent and service charge income and expenditure budgets

Managing the rent and service charge setting annually for all new lettings and tenures

Ensuring rent and service charge review notices are appropriately served on all tenants and lease holders

Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure all costs are correctly identified and income maximised

Creating service charge budgets for new developments
