Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Colindale / Brent Cross
Opportunity to work for an extremely successful multi branch independent for their office in Colindale / Brent Cross. They are searching for someone with experience running a Sales team (within Estate Agency) and ideally a track record of upskilling colleagues underneath them. A huge part of their business is progression and improvement, so there will be ample support from those above to help you strive forward.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales negotiators within the office
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organisation
Package:
- 3-6 Month guarantee period
- Commission based off a percentage of your teams billings
- 15% office commission
- £60,000-£65,000 OTE
