Level 3 IT Technician with a MSP background is required by my client an MSP based in Newcastle. They are looking for someone who can handle escalated support requests, manage client IT systems, and contribute to project work. Whilst ensuring exceptional customer support and SLA obligations are met. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and maintain clients' IT assets and systems. * Deliver excellent customer service from issue reporting to resolution. * Act independently or as part of a team, managing multiple support requests effectively. Experience and Skills Required: * Minimum 2 years in similar role. * MSP experience. * Relevant academic studies. * MCSA or equivalent (Desktop, Cloud, Server). * Proficiency in MS Office, Server 2016 & 2019/2022, Active Directory, Office 365. * Experience in IT migrations and Hyper-V virtualization. * Strong skills in Active Directory (incl. Azure AD), system maintenance, and upgrades. * Track record managing projects end-to-end. * Understanding of VoIP telephony, WAN/LAN troubleshooting, and VLANs. * Motivated to learn new skills. * Clean & Valid UK Driving Licence required
