We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our high-performing team and play a key role in supporting our Wealth Managers in providing strategic financial advice to our valued clients.
The Role
As a Senior Client Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of financial advice by supporting the technical, compliance, and client management aspects of the advisory process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial planning knowledge who is eager to develop their career in a well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Wealth Managers by analysing client requirements, developing cash flow models, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare suitability letters and reports while managing back-office records throughout the advice process
- Stay informed of industry changes, ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Handle client queries and provide outstanding service to build long-term relationships
- Work closely with internal teams, provide training, and support colleagues in enhancing service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Strong financial acumen and numeracy skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in financial software and IT systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and professional approach to client service
