Customer Solution Lead – Salesforce
£75,000 + 10% Bonus + Share Options
London – Hybrid
We are working with a rapidly growing Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem to hire a Customer Solutions Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, supportive and diverse organisation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work in a meritocratic culture where your ideas are valued and often realised and promotion is based on performance and not how long you’ve worked there or how long you’ve been in role.
As a Salesforce Solutions Lead you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of opportunities, leading business process discovery workshops and shaping innovative, value driven solutions for Customers as part of the sales & pre-sales process.
The successful individual will have a background working in the ecosystem in either a:
- Client facing solutions focused role with a proven track record of presenting innovative and value driven solutions to customers and will have a background in solution consulting / pre-sales, sales &/or solution architecture
- Or has experience of Salesforce project delivery but is keen to elevate themselves out of day-to-day project development to a more holistic solution design/functional design role.
We are looking for someone who can bring knowledge, experience and work ethic to help drive more opportunities for the business.
First class customer facing skills are essential for this role as you will be working with customers up to C level as well as the vendor and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
The role will involve working with customers to design roadmaps and digital transformation strategies, business development, discovery workshops, managing the relationship with Salesforce, business analysis, solution design, and presenting to clients.
