About the Role
- You will be required to attend an assessment (approx. 3 hours) this will be paid if passed, the assessment covers:
- Tacho compliance test.
- Manoeuvre at slow speed test.
- On road driving assessment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering chilled and frozen goods using cages and pallets.
- Transporting cages to restaurant fridges/freezers.
- Organizing palletised goods into cages for efficient delivery.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Drivers with minimum of 6 months HGV2 driving experience.
- Preferred have experience with refrigerated vehicles and food deliveries.
- Licensing:
- Points: Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Endorsements: No major endorsements.
- Manual handling expertise.
- Familiarity with the Working Time Directive and EU driving hours regulations.
- Strong understanding of safe driving practices.
- Professional and well-mannered demeanour.
