Are you looking for a fast-paced role in a growing Wokingham based organisation where you will be using your strong communication and organisational skills? As a Project Coordinator, you will work within a specific division of our client’s company where your primary goal is to support the operations of the planned work. You will play a pivotal role in project success by managing compliance documentation, creating handover packs, overseeing project activities, and providing excellent customer service. The perfect person will have a customer service forward mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and is fully office based. Also, due to the location of the role, it is best to be a car driver. The salary will be up to £29,000 dependent on experience plus a 12% bonus potential.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role in Wokingham:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers
- Liaise with the Designers to prepare and send tailored estimates
- Schedule surveys and coordinate appointments with customers and the Planning Team
- Follow up on quotations and actively support the sales process
- Process customer deposits and manage the installation booking process
- Prepare and issue comprehensive handover packs, including all required documentation.
- Upload job details to internal systems such as NAV and PAS.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to confirm completed works and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the administration and management of projects under the ECO4 grant scheme.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with grant requirements, and timely progression of funded projects.
