Are you a strategic relationship-builder with a passion for making a real difference in young womens lives?

Bamboo are partnered with Young Women’s Trust, who are on a mission to create a more equal world of work and raise young women’s incomes. Over the next five years, they’re ambitiously growing their fundraising income from £1m to £1.7m . To make this happen, they need a Partnerships and Philanthropy Lead who can drive income growth, strengthen key relationships, and secure exciting new partnerships.

Location: Hybrid working with our office based in Angel, London N1 (1 day per week in the office required).

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

Salary: Grade 5 (£53,059 – £55,182) with a 3% cost of living increase expected from April 2025.

Why This Role?

This is your chance to lead a growing function that brings together corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts & foundations—an area that contributes 80% of total fundraised income . You’ll play a key role in securing the resources they need to support young women across the UK through coaching, job application feedback, and powerful campaigns for workplace equality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Leading & Growing the Programme – Develop and execute a new fundraising strategy alongside the Director of Fundraising.

✅ Building Powerful Relationships – Engage with high-value donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic foundations to secure significant funding.

✅ Winning Big – Deliver six- and seven-figure partnerships that drive their impact forward.

✅ Developing & Innovating – Create compelling propositions and products to attract new supporters.

✅ Managing & Expanding the Team – Lead the Corporate Partnerships Officer, with further hires planned as they grow.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A proven fundraiser with experience securing major corporate (ESSENTIAL), trust, or philanthropic partnerships.
  • A relationship-building pro, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth donors.
  • A team leader who can grow and develop a high-performing fundraising function.
  • Someone committed to our mission of creating a fairer working world for young women.
