Plumber Multi Trade

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Property Maintenance Company to recruit Plumber/ Multi Trade Operative – undertaking works within social housing properties. The Role: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: * Plumbing * Basic Carpentry * Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works * Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens * Patch Plastering * Snagging Works * Logging works via PDA * Liaising with customers, clients, and staff Company Benefits: * Company Van * Fuel Card * Trade Card * Power Tools Candidate Requirements * Full UK Driver’s Licence * Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential * 2+ years’ experience within social housing Working Hours * Temp – Perm * Monday – Friday * 42.5 Hours Per Week * Lunch Break Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Pay: £23.00 per hour Additional pay: * Performance bonus Benefits: * Company pension Schedule: * Monday to Friday
