HAIL Partners are working with an impressive high-growth private equity firm, who are looking for an Investor Relations Assistant to join the Investor Relations team.
This role requires at least 1 year working in the Investor Relations space with a background as an Executive Assistant for a private equity firm, venture capital, Investment or financial services business.
The Role:
- Diary scheduling and prioritising for investor meetings and supporting follow-up actions.
- Ensuring the CRM is kept live and up to date.
- Global, multi-stop travel arrangements including complex roadshows across different time zones.
- Support in planning investor events.
- Managing the expenses.
- Supporting the LP experience
- Maintain and manage the office space, setting up meeting rooms.
- Any other ad-hoc IR projects.
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant within Venture Capital or Private Equity.
- Excellent communicator, weather on the phone or virtual. The ability to bring energy and passion whatever setting.
- Adept at working effectively across multiple projects to meet multiple tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent working in and positively contributing to a team
- Strong personality, combined with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
