Responsibilities for the role of Recruitment Consultant include:

Identifying and targeting high quality candidates

Qualifying candidates for open positions

Sourcing and building long-term relationships with clients

Understanding client requirements,

Strive to always meet clients’ requirements and expectations

Mapping client markets

Identify potential customers
-
Engaging with those potential customers to understand who would benefit from the services

Managing the full candidate process

Managing the overall interview process

Facilitating the offer process

Negotiating employment terms

Consistently follow employment laws and regulations
This role will require you to support clients, with finding professionals for their company, to help scale up their businesses, and to support candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process. Salary package and benefits for the role of Recruitment Consultant include:

Basic £22,500 – £25,000
-
OTE £35,000+

Uncapped commission structure

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am – 5pm
